UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs Opens Its Discussion of Cannabis Rescheduling

The UN's Commission on Narcotic Drugs held the Fourth Intersessional Meeting of its 62nd Session on June 24, 2019, in Vienna, Austria. Delegates spent most of their time discussing a report from the World Health Organization's 41st Expert Committee on Drug Dependence that recommends major changes in the international scheduling of cannabis and cannabinoids.
